Property Maintenance The Town of Millington utilizes the service of a Code Administrator to inspect properties for violations of compliance with National Recognized Standards Building Code and the International Building Code (BOCA). The Code Administrator is authorized to inspect building units for their interior and exterior conditions including but not limited to plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical fixtures, and sanitary conditions regarding insects, rodents, and general cleanliness. The Code Administrator is also authorized to inspect and maintain the compliance to the Town of Millington's Code which include but are not limited to maintenance of yards, abandoned vehicles, and sanitation conditions of a property.
