  • waiver of business license fee
  • waiver of trash pick-up fee
  • support and assistance by Town staff to obtain proper licensing

Incentives for Property Owner(s)
Town property tax credit on a sliding scale
Year 1 = 50% credit
Year 2 = 25% credit
Year 3 = 10% credit

**Business must remain in operation and “good standing” with the State of Maryland during the years the tax credits are available.
