HOLIDAY TRASH SCHEDULE

 

Trash will be picked up Saturday morning, December 27, 2025. 

Remember to put your trash out Friday evening.

 

WATER LEAK - EAST BACK STREET

There is a water leak in the vicinity of 414 Back Street.  Plans are to repair this leak December 18 - 19, 2025; a notice of the exact date is forthcoming upon confirmation by the contractor.  The notice will be distributed to only those effected by the shut off of water during the repair.  If driving on Back Street be careful due to water on the road and icy conditions.  The Town's maintenance department will periodically spread sand and/or salt in this area.

 

 

 

PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Mayor and Council for the

Town of Millington will be holding

a Public Hearing to consider the following:

 

Resolution 2025-16 – Amendment to the

FOG(Fats, Oils & Grease) Ordinance

Resolution 2025-17 – Amendment to the

Millington Subdivision Ordinance

Resolution 2025-18 – Adoption of the Queen Anne’s County

Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan

 

The Public Hearing will take place

on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 6:30 PM
